Each item is made to order. This approach helps reduce excess inventory and waste, making it a more thoughtful choice for our planet.

Since each item is created when it is ordered, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for us to consider a return or other resolution. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage when you contact us. Requests received more than 7 days after delivery will not be considered.
